Return & Refund Policy
At Budo-Nord SEA, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
2. Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for the following:
- Protective Equipment: Mouthguards, groin protectors, gloves, shin guards, etc., once worn or removed from sealed packaging.
- Customized Gear: Custom-printed or personalized uniforms/equipment.
- Personal Care: Specific health or hygiene-related items.
- Digital Products: Any downloadable content.
4. International customs and duties
For orders shipped outside of Malaysia:
- Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
- Refusal to Pay Duties: If a customer refuses to pay the imposed customs duties or taxes and the item is consequently returned to us, the cost of the return shipping, any storage fees, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
- Abandoned Parcels: If the cost of returning the item exceeds the value of the goods, the parcel may be abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
5. Refunds & partial refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
- Partial Refunds: May be granted (at our discretion) if the item shows signs of use, is damaged, has missing parts not due to our error, or is returned outside the 30-day window.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before returning the product.
7. Shipping for returns
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return Address:

8. How to start a return
To initiate a return, you must contact us for prior approval. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
