Return Window

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories if applicable).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Protective equipment (mouthguards, groin protectors, gloves, shin guards, etc.) once worn.

  • Custom-printed or personalized gear (e.g., team uniforms).

  • Downloadable digital products.

  • Some health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The product shows signs of use.

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

  • The return is requested after the 30-day window but within a reasonable grace period (subject to approval).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before returning the product.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted. The return shipping address is as follows:

or contact us directly at +6013-293 5520 before sending your product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
